PD Series Energy Saving Refrigerated Dryer

PD series refrigerated dryer, through forced cooling to reduce the water content of compressed air, to provide users with dry and clean compressed air. The lowest pressure dew point is 2 ℃. It adopts the three in one design of heat exchanger, evaporator and gas-liquid separator, plate-fin structure with high-efficiency heat exchange, microchannel condenser, refrigeration system uses refrigeration compressor with lower energy consumption, and the whole series adopts environmental protection refrigerant, so the whole machine is energy-saving and environmental protection.

A. High-end refrigeration system configuration

• Adopting Panasonic, Copeland, Danfoss, etc. international well-known brand compressors, which can ensure strong and continuous refrigeration compression capacity under long-term and high-intensity harsh environments.

• Adopting a three-in-one aluminum alloy heat exchanger, which is in super high heat exchange efficiency.

• Adopting brand electronic expansion valve and an electronic bypass valve to accurately control the cooling capacity.

• A full vacuum brazing micro-channel condenser is used for cooling a large area.

B. Energy-saving and environmentally friendly

• The power of the whole machine is 30% energy saving compared with the traditional design.

• Lower pressure loss, inlet and outlet pressure difference is only 0.015mpa.

• Adopting high strength aerospace aluminum alloy material, not easy to rust, no secondary pollution, which can be widely used in the medical and food industry.

• Adopting R134a, R410a, R407C, etc. environment-friendly refrigerants, which will not pollute the environment.
