① Firstly, the temperature sensor may be faulty. This will cause the PLC to falsely report that the temperature is too high. Eventually causing downtime.

② Secondly, the amount of lubricating oil is insufficient. The oil cooler is dirty and clogged. So it will cause the temperature to be too high.

③ Thirdly, the temperature control valve maybe have problem. If the temperature control valve is damaged, a large amount of high-temperature oil will not pass through the cooler. Instead loop directly into the compressor airend. As a result, the temperature of the airend is high.

④ Fourth, the oil filter is faulty. It is easy to clog after a period of use. After the blockage, the oil return is not smooth. Thus, the temperature of the airend is high.

⑤ Finally, the cooling fan may fail. The air cooler is blocked, and the air exhaust resistance is too large. Poor heat dissipation causes high temperature. So we should clean the external dust and internal oil of the cooler.

(2) Too low output exhaust pressure

③ When the compressor unloading, the minimum pressure valve is not closed in time or not tightly. Overhaul the minimum pressure valve. Replace it if necessary.

④ The loading control solenoid valve is faulty. It may be affected by oil and water vapor. So it cause insensitivity or coil burnout. Check and replace if necessary.
